Fill open assignments with a clear priority process.
Coordinate open assignments, interpreter responses, eligibility and seniority-based recommendations in MigiHub.

The work, connected.
Call to All brings the assignment, the people who respond and the allocation rules into one process. Dispatch can review an explained recommendation before confirming the interpreter, while keeping the response history attached to the work.
A clearer way to manage the details.
Define the assignment
Capture the date, full duration, location, communication mode and required qualifications.
Collect responses
Keep invitations, response deadlines and interpreter availability together.
Apply eligibility checks
Consider qualifications, availability and the weekly-hour controls relevant to each priority group.
Rank by approved priorities
Use your agreed priority groups and seniority rules to recommend the eligible interpreter.
Explain the recommendation
Show the selection or exclusion reasons so dispatch can review the decision.
Connect allocation and payroll
Identify completed CTA work separately for the applicable timesheet and payroll process.
From the first step to the next handoff.
Publish the need
Define the assignment and invite the eligible audience.
Review responses
Collect answers until the response deadline.
Evaluate priorities
Apply eligibility, group and seniority rules to the complete assignment.
Confirm and follow through
Record the allocation and connect completed work to time review.
The response timestamp supports traceability. Selection follows the approved priority and seniority rules rather than response speed alone. Assignment eligibility and payroll calculations remain separate decisions.

Is Call to All first come, first served?
The allocation process follows the priority groups, eligibility criteria and seniority rules agreed for your organization. Response time is retained for traceability and does not, by itself, determine the assignee.
Can weekly-hour limits differ between groups?
The workflow can distinguish the controls applicable to each approved priority group. Bring your allocation policy so the team can define the eligibility calculations and explainable selection rules.
How does CTA connect to payroll?
Completed CTA assignments remain identifiable when time is reviewed. Payroll and overtime use their own approved rules; a selection-hour limit does not replace those payroll rules.
