How does CRM Pro differ from CRM?
The CRM module provides customer relationship context. CRM Pro adds a dedicated focus on contact and membership data, segmentation, targeted communications, consent records and data-quality workflows.
Can a person belong to several organizations?
The model keeps the individual contact distinct from organizations and records their relationships. This helps preserve a person’s history and communication choices when their professional relationships change.
Does matching a segment authorize a message?
No. A contact may match a segment while being excluded from a campaign because of consent, an unsubscribe choice or address validity. The campaign eligibility rules are reviewed separately.
