START WITH WHAT MATTERS

What could move with you?

Bring your priorities to the conversation. We assess each category against your exports, data quality, and the MigiHub workflows you want to use.

Clients & contacts

Customer organizations, contacts, service locations, and the relationships your team relies on.

Interpreters & team profiles

Employee and freelancer profiles, languages, qualification references, and relevant team information.

Bookings & schedules

Priority bookings, appointment information, service requirements, and scheduling records selected for the move.

Commercial information

Agreed rate information, billing references, and selected financial records, with reconciliation requirements defined first.

Documents & selected history

Useful documents and historical records, based on available exports, retention needs, and the agreed scope.

Rules & workflows

Assignment priorities, approvals, roles, and reports to configure or rebuild around your operating model.

The final migration scope is confirmed after reviewing the source data and export options. Configuration and custom work are scoped separately from record transfer.

CHOOSE A PRACTICAL START

You don’t have to move everything at once.

Discuss the approach that fits your operating priorities, retention needs, and source systems.

Start with active operations

Focus on priority clients, people, and future bookings. Decide which history can remain accessible in a retained source or archive while the team adopts MigiHub.

A focused scope to assess first.

Plan a broader consolidation

Assess selected history, documents, additional workflows, and integrations in stages. Give each phase its own mapping, validation, and handover criteria.

A phased scope for a wider change.

MAKE THE FIRST CONVERSATION USEFUL

Bring the context.
We’ll discuss the next step.

You can start with a description of your setup. Actual records and exports can be reviewed later through an agreed transfer method.

  • The tools you use and the exports they provide
  • Your priority records and approximate volumes
  • The rules, reports, and integrations that matter
  • Your operational deadlines and preferred timing
YOUR QUESTIONS

A clearer move starts here.

Can we move from spreadsheets or another software platform?

Start by telling us which tools you use and what you want to bring into MigiHub. We review available exports or authorized access options before confirming the transfer approach. The source format and target workflow determine the approach.

Can we bring all our historical data?

We assess history separately from active records. Export quality, relationships, file formats, retention needs, and the target workflow determine what is practical to transfer. Some history may remain in a retained archive or source system.

How long does a migration take, and what does it cost?

Timing and costs depend on the source system, record volumes, cleanup, integrations, configuration, and training. The scope, responsibilities, commercial terms, and schedule are agreed after review.

Will we need to stop working during the move?

The transition is planned around your operating needs. We discuss a pilot, the handling of bookings or changes made during the move, the cutover window, and fallback steps. Any downtime expectations are agreed before the move.

Can our existing workflows come with us?

Describe the rules, approvals, reports, and integrations that matter. We distinguish data transfer from configuration, integration, or custom development, and agree what is included in the project.

Should we upload our exports with this inquiry?

Use this form to describe your setup and priorities. We will agree a suitable transfer method and access arrangements before reviewing actual records or export files.
